Awana

 

AWANA stands for "Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed". It is based off of the scripture from 2 Timothy 2:15 - "Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth". AWANA combines scripture learning with fun and games, and makes for a fun time for all kids ages 2 years old - 6th grade. AWANA happens on Wednesday Nights from 6:00 - 7:30 at Goodyear.  Dinner is available for kids and parents at 5:30. Be sure to check out our Facebook Page!

Here are the different classes that an AWANA "Clubber" will go through:

 

	Puggles is our class for 2 year olds, where kids begin to be introduced to basic Bible truths in a simple, fun setting!
The Cubbies class is for children 3 years through Pre-K, where our young clubbers begin to deepen their understanding and learn about God's love for them.
	Sparks is the class for Kindergarten - 2nd grades, where clubbers begin learn about the foundations of faith in Christ.
T&T is for children in 3rd -6th grades, where clubbers grow deeper in their understanding of God's Word and their knowledge of what it means to be a follower of Christ.
